I’m excited to announce that I’ll be running three brand-new art classes on behalf of Surrey Adult Learning, designed to inspire and guide beginners into the world of painting. Whether you're new to oils or acrylics, or just looking to develop your skills, there’s a class for everyone.

Here’s a quick overview of each course I’ll be running, so you can find the perfect fit:
1. Introduction to Oils – Saturday, 19th October (One-Day Intensive Course)
If you’ve ever wanted to try oil painting but didn’t know where to start, this intensive one-day course is perfect for you! Designed for beginners, even if you have zero experience with oils, this class will introduce you to the basics and get you painting in no time. Oils are known for their versatility and rich texture, and this course will help you explore their potential.
When: Saturday, 19th October, 10am - 3.30pm
Who’s it for?: Beginners or anyone looking for a quick start in oil painting.
2. Oil Painting for Beginners – 6-Week Course (Thursday Evenings in November & December)
In this 6-week course, we’ll dive deeper into the world of oil painting. Together, we’ll explore a range of subjects and techniques and I will guide you through creating multiple paintings. This course is perfect for beginners who want to expand their skills with oils in a supportive weekly session.
When: Thursday evenings (6.30- 8.30pm), starting 7th November
Who’s it for?: Beginners who want to develop their oil painting skills over 6 weekly sessions.
3. Acrylic Painting for Beginners – 6-Week Course (Monday Evenings in November & December)
Acrylics are bold, vibrant, and quick to pick up, making them an ideal medium for beginners. In this 6-week course, you’ll learn the essentials of acrylic painting, covering a range of techniques that will help you create your own vibrant works of art. Whether you're totally new to painting or want to try a new medium, this course will give you a strong foundation to build on.
When: Monday evenings (6.30- 8.30pm), starting 4th November
Who’s it for?: Beginners looking for a fast and fun introduction to acrylics over 6 weekly sessions.
